| More information | This course is cancelled due to lack of participants WHAT? Basics of Olympic weightlifting! This course is suitable for beginners and those who want to rehearse safe lifting techniques. The intensive course lasts one weekend. WHERE? Sunset TL (situated in Väliköntie 4, martial arts center Liike) WHEN? Saturday-Sunday, 26.-27.2. On Saturday at 13.30-15.00 and on Sunday at 11-13. CONTENT? On Saturday focus is in Jerk and on Sunday Snatch technique. ENROLLING? Via the sports calendar. Cancelling your enrollment is possible until 19.2. (one week before the course), after that the enrolling is binding and you are obliged to pay the course fee! FEE? 49 €, which will be paid to Sunset TL when the course starts. GROUP? Min. 10 persons, max. 16 persons |
